We ship world wide, insured and traceable. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Receipt of orders is confirmed per email.



Our items are divided into 5 sizes and handling:
XS: like spare parts and cords will normally be shipped within 24 hours.
S: eg. lamps, design objects, frames and small accessories will be shipped within 5 days.
M: eg. lamps and smaller furniture will be shipped within 5 days.
L: eg. chairs and easy chairs will be shipped within 10 days.
XL: eg. desk, tables and storage boards. Require special handling and shipping.

Please find the specific time of dispatch under each item.
Any extensions of the time of delivery will be advised via email.

You will be advised via email with tracking number and relevant shipping information, when the order has been shipped from our place.

Economy, standard or express
It is possible to choose between 3 shipping options.:

a) Economy shipping
b) Standard shipping
c) Express shipping

Express and standard shipping is done by UPS. UPS has an extraordinary reliable service and the risk for receiving a damaged package is alsmost not excisting. UPS shipping is always incl. insurance which covers possible damage during transport and lost packages. Furthermore is it possible to track and trace the shipment from the departure in Copenhagen to the package is delivered.

Shipping prices can be find if you proceed with an order to the 2nd step. Just put the item into the shopping basket and proceed with checkout. Then fill out your shipping informations and then you will find the total price of the order and still have the option to cancel it.
